A feedback questionnaire for children, and their parents. To be filled in by all family members at the end of each session. It give feedback to the therapist about how the different family members have experienced the session.

Self-Supervision Questionnaire (SSQ)
A feedback questionnaire to be filled in at the end of the session by the therapist. The SSQ helps the therapist to reflect on the way he/she experienced the session, and in particular the alliance with the different family members.
